Vacant Board position
We are looking to fill the fifth board position that was vacated recently. CAF Reduced!
After much discussion, the board has approved a $50.00 reduction in the monthly common area fee. This reduction to $220.00 will be effective 01 APRIL 2020. The board will be continuously monitoring expenses in an effort to further reduce if possible. If you have any ideas please email using the "Provide Feedback" or call Joannie at REMAX. CAF Reduction (reduce expenses & return monthly surplus
Several owners have asked about reductions of CAF or other financial incentives that may be available during this unprecedented time. We encourage all owners to weigh in on this topic. The board is currently in discussions to lower the CAF by reducing our expenses without, at this time, reducing the overall maintenance standards the we currently see. In addition, we are looking at returning monthly surpluses back to the unit owners. Again, please provide your comments or suggestions via the "provide feedback" page. 2018 Annual HOA Meeting

Macheche Road work
DPW has advised that, weather permitting, Macheche Road may only have one lane open this weekend due to paving operations. |
Pool re-opened
The pool was closed for a couple of days last week in order to repaint the deck. We apologize for any inconvenience. Pool is now open for regular use. |
Exterior Alterations or Repair
As mentioned several times before ANY and ALL alterations to (or repair of) the exterior of any unit MUST first have board approval. There have been several units that have started such work and have been stopped. Effective tomorrow, 8/3/17, any unit owner starting such work without board approval will incur a penalty of $500.00 and be subject to fine of $35.00 per day while such work is ongoing without board approval. Pool is OPEN
Hafa Adai. Please be advised that the pool has been re-opened starting today Sunday, July 2nd. However, please use caution when walking in the pool as there are several areas with cracked or missing tiles. We advise everyone to use "diver boots" or other protective foot wear when in the pool. Note that there are not a lot of these areas but we encourage everyone to use caution. A CAUTION notice is posted on each entry gate. CAUTION SWIM at your own risk Some tiles in the pool are missing or broken. We recommend using “dive booties” or other protective foot wear. We are working on a timeline to repair these issues. Solar Street Lights | Kayon Manha
The board is finalizing the contract to install 4 Solar street lights along Kayon Manha, Phase I. These lights should provide much needed illumination for all pedestrians, joggers and drivers along this very dark area. The project should take about 2 weeks to complete. Another announcement will be added once a start date is finalized. |
