There have been several notices sent to individual residents regarding abandoned or inoperable vehicles within the community parking lots and sidewalks. The Board would like to remind the residents, per the House Rules, vehicles no longer in use or that appear to be abandoned or inoperable, with expired tags, are not allowed on the property. Please note the Board also has the discretion to tow these vehicles and any expenses incurred will be charged to the owner of the unit. HOA Newsletter, Nov. 2013 |
