Alterations, Modifications, Additions to Common Areas

Please be reminded that ANY alterations, modifications or additions to any common area MUST FIRST BE approved by the board in writing before work can start.  This includes installation of new plants in the ground, ground cover such as gravel or wood chips etc, new concrete outside of lanais.  If any such work is done without prior approval the repair, removal and or restoration costs (but not limited to such) will be charged to the UNIT OWNER.

Recently, we have had unauthorized installations of split ACs in PH I and a new concrete slab and gravel installed in PH II.  

To be safe and avoid any conflicts please seek advice or approval from the Board before beginning any exterior work.

Report any damage or need for repair of exterior areas to Property Manager, Rhona Daga.
