Annual report

The PGD HOA Board of Directors has been working throughout 2013 to address several issues as well as enhance the aesthetics and services for our community. Several items have been addressed, and more items will be worked on this year:

Completed improvements:
  • 24-hour security guards and camera surveillance at the pool, playground and tennis court
  • 7 days a week grounds maintenance, improvement of common areas and landscape
  • installation of unit numbers
  • installation of tennis court and pool light switches for power savings
  • identical insurance coverage at a lower cost
  • waterblasting of common area sidewalks and application of Wet & Forget solution
Future projects and ideas:
  • waterblasting of roofs and facias
  • painting of buildings and fence
  • residential clusterboxes for mail delivery
If there are any items you feel a need to be addressed, please inform the Board members. Residents are welcome to attend any Board meeting - they are held the last Tuesday of every month at Remax at 6 p.m.
