As the Homeowners Association is unable to obtain a Special Assessment for the Roof Coating of the buildings, they would like to inform the Homeowners that there is a roof coating system that has been approved for the community and would like to ensure that all roof coatings adhere to this system. Note that you may purchase your materials from any manufacturer so long as the installation follows these requirements.

• On the Roof Deck, Along the full height and top of the Parapet
• With 2 Year Labor Warranty & 10 Year Materials Warranty
