The Las Palmas HOA has been incurring additional charges for the removal of a large number of banned waste items such as furniture and household appliances found around the community trash bins. At this time, the Board would like to remind residents to please DO NOT dispose of these banned items at the trash bins as the trash vendors will not pick up these items and will not service the bins if any items are inside the bins. Should you require assistance disposing banned waste, please contact the AMI crew at 898-7090 for assistance. Any resident caught disposing banned waste at the trash bins will be charged a disposal fee; to be applied to the owner of the unit.
