The maintenance crew continues to find banned waste throughout the property and inside trash bins. Again, this has incurred additional charges to our HOA for disposal. Please see the list below of banned waste from trash and recycling bins. NONE of these items are allowed:- Corrugated cardboard boxes (dispose of in recycle bin only)
- Vegetative, yard or organic waste (ex. leaves, grass clippings, prunings, timber and stumps)
- Wood - treated or untreated - including construction and demolition lumber or pallets, construction and/or demolition wastes
- Inert material including concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, rocks or other bulky material
- Hazardous waste
- PCB waste (ex. electronic items, dead animals)
- Industrial waste
- Untreated infectious or medical waste
- Liquid waste including grease trap waste, oily waste, petroleum-contaminated waste or base products.
- No household cleaning agents or acids (ex. Tilex, muriatic acid, etc.)
- Tires
- Electronics, white goods and/or appliances
- Vehicles, boats or parts
- Motor oil, paint or solvent waste
- Radioactive waste
- Explosives or munitions
If you have any questions about any of these items, contact the Property Manager. If you see dumping of these items, please report it to G4S immediately. Proper disposal of trash keeps our common area fees down.
