There seems to be some confusion or a rumor going around about cancellation of cable TV services for Phase I & II.  To be clear Cable TV is still included in our common area amenities.  

Recently, as I understand it, Phase III had cancelled their cable services under their HOA.  Perhaps this is where the confusion stems from.
