16 OCTOBER 2014 Dear Homeowner, In light of submitting the claims for damages to several units on the Las Palmas property, we were instructed by AM Insurance to advise Homeowners to submit any Interior Claims directly to them to handle each claim individually. Note that all Exterior Damage will be submitted by the Homeowners Association as a claim for the Common Area. Therefore, we have downloaded the the necessary form on the Resources tab of this website. (form is titled InsuranceClaimForm - PropertyLossInterior,). It is also attached to this notice. Please fill out the "Insured" and "Loss" portion of the form and submit it to Ms. Regina Murphy at rmurphy@amibrokers.com for review. Remember all claims and follow-ups (for interior damage) should be done directly with AM Insurance.
