As mentioned several times before ANY and ALL alterations to (or repair of) the exterior of any unit MUST first have board approval. There have been several units that have started such work and have been stopped. Effective tomorrow, 8/3/17, any unit owner starting such work without board approval will incur a penalty of $500.00 and be subject to fine of $35.00 per day while such work is ongoing without board approval.
