We have been informed that there is a group of teenagers (perhaps not even residents of Las Palmas) that have been loitering, drinking and generally causing concern for safety and enjoyment.  This is happening during the night and around the BBQ pavilion near the tennis court.

Because of this we have instructed G4S to turn on the light at this pavilion to help deter any loitering in this area.  The light is to be left on from 8pm to 530 am.  As you know this "deterrence" will now cost all of us more in the common area power bill.

If you see this happening or know who these teens are then please report what you know to the property manager or the board.  We all need to work together to ensure that our community is safe and enjoyable.
