We know that this heading sounds harsh but in order for the HOA to raise enough money to fully paint the exteriors of the buildings and common area it is necessary for the Board to eliminate the cable TV and allocate the funds toward a special account for the painting project. Last year the board held 2 meetings to discuss a special assessment as an alternative to elimination of cable tv; however, both meetings failed to obtain the necessary quorum.
