Our contractor, AMI, ran into an issue that caused a delay in this project. Rather than have the barricades up while they remedy the issue we have asked them to take it down so that the residents can enjoy the open area during this delay. Please note that this project will still proceed it is just delayed. On a related note, since one of the concerns of some residents, was the loss of grassy area, we asked AMI to remove some small sickly coconut trees between pavilion 3 and the tennis court.
