There will be a special Board of Directors meeting at 4 p.m. Jan. 11, 2014 at the Phase 1 Pool Pavilion to discuss a few amendments to the bylaws and CC&Rs of the HOA. There will another meting at 5:30 p.m. that same day to discuss the community insurance policy renewal options.
