In order to add additional security and control to ensure that the Las Palmas residents are utilizing the tennis court and pool facilities, the PGD Las Palmas Board of Directors will be changing the locks and keys for these areas. Please contact the property manager - 479-9532 or email rhidalgo@remaxguam.com - to pick up your keys. Two keys per unit. The locks will be changed on Nov. 1. Tenants must bring a copy of their current lease agreement and an approval letter from their landlord to pick up keys. The replacement key charge is $25 per key.
