The Board would like to remind all residents to please pick up their new Tennis Court & Pool Keys from the Property Manager. Again, tenants must provide an approval letter from their landlord to pick up the keys. Please note that a replacement key will be an additional charge of $25 per key. 

Please ensure that you have a pool key on hand when utilizing the Common Area Pool, Tennis Court, & Pavilions as the guards will be using this as identification for residents utilizing these areas without a permit to ensure that the proper parties are held responsible for damages incurred while in use. Having no keys will result in the dismissal of your party.
