The Las Palmas HOA currently has a few projects that will be on going in the next few weeks. Other than the completion of the water blasting of the roofs, please see the schedule below:

June 16 to 20: Repainting of the Pool Deck (Pool reopened by the weekend)

June 23 to 27: Repainting of the Tennis Court Deck (Tennis Court reopened by the weekend)

June 16 to July 2: Repairs to the Ponding Basin Fence
