There will be an HOA meeting on Saturday, October 11 at 4pm at the pool pavilion. The Board will present and discuss the project for FULL exterior painting (units and common areas) and then call for a vote. Nothing can be done without 60% of the unit owners attending either in person or by proxy. We need participation by all unit owners for this critical issue.
